BWC Delays Premium Installment Payments

In light of the current Covid-19 concerns, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced today, March 21, 2020, that it will defer premium installment payments until June 1, 2020.   This deferment will only apply to premium installments due in March, April or May for the current policy year (7/1/2019 through 6/30/2020).  This applies to all private and public employers.

The BWC will not lapse coverage or assess penalties for employers who take advantage of this deferment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
