Ohio BWC Issues 2nd Premium Installment Deferral

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) has just announced a second deferral option for premium installments due during the months of June, July and August. Businesses will have the option to defer the premium payments with no financial penalties or lapse in coverage. If your company wishes to take advantage of this premium deferral, all you need to do is simply not make the payment. There are no forms to complete.

Please keep in mind that it is best to pay the premiums if your company is in a position to do so. Unpaid premium payments will be due on September 1, 2020.
