Daniel Wodarczyk Attorney

Daniel focuses his practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation administration and litigation. He maintains an emphasis on the client’s needs and goals, and doing what is best to meet and exceed their expectations.
Daniel brings a unique perspective, having previously represented claimants; he is able to utilize this experience to anticipate a claimant’s arguments, to better represent and defend an employer.

Daniel lives in Medina, Ohio with his wife Melissa, and their three children. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys golfing and watching Cleveland sports.
