Kristina L. Leach Associate

Kristina brings a decade of experience defending employers’ interests in workers’ compensation matters, having worked as a claims adjuster prior to and during law school. Since becoming an attorney, she has worked exclusively in employer defense, handling state and federal litigation and administrative actions related to allegations of work injuries, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She is well-positioned to advise clients in matters involving the sometimes complex interplay between workers’ compensation, ADA, and FMLA.

Kristina was raised in New York, and now owns a century home in Cuyahoga Falls, where she spends her time staying on top of the myriad needs associated with its maintenance. Her hobbies include writing Seinfeld dialog for modern day situations.
