Meredith L. Ullman Director

Meredith is a Director of the Firm who heads up the Columbus office. She has an extensive practice in Central and Southern Ohio. Meredith graduated from Ohio University, cum laude and then moved to Cleveland to attend Case Western Reserve School of Law where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in litigation with honors. During law school and after graduation Meredith worked for a small boutique law firm in Cleveland which specialized in labor and employment matters for public and private employers. She gained experience handling various employment discrimination cases, labor disputes, unfair labor practice allegations and collective bargaining.

Meredith advises employers in all aspects of work place health and safety, as well as labor and employment law matters. She handles workers’ compensations matters from the time an incident is reported through the administration process, and litigates cases that have been appealed to the courts of common pleas. Meredith has handled litigation in numerous counties throughout the State of Ohio. Meredith believes that consistent collaboration and open communication with her clients is key to achieving the best outcome for each case.

Meredith was raised in Toledo, Ohio and lived in Cleveland for fifteen years. She is an avid Cleveland sports fan much to the chagrin of her New York born husband on whom she used her negotiation skills to convince to follow the Browns. He has fully regretted that decision since 1999.

Meredith lives in Columbus with her husband and two children. Meredith and her family are avid downhill skiers, love to travel and she volunteers her time with the Girl Scouts of America, Ohio’s Heartland Council.
